Fulfilment Shift Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Tesco. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Take ownership of activities and coordinate a team to deliver results
- Improve service in the store through on-the-job coaching and feedback
- Monitor team performance and take practical actions to improve it
- Ensure a safe working environment and shop for customers and colleagues
- Ability to role-model great customer service and meet customer needs
- Build strong relationships with colleagues to create a team spirit and encourage them to be at their best
- Clear communication and ability to keep the team informed
- Confidence in taking the lead and making decisions efficiently
- Flexibility in thinking and handling change to ensure everything is right for customers and colleagues
- Energy and drive to deliver beyond expectations and effectively balance priorities
- Holiday starting at 20 days plus a personal day rising to 22 days after 12 months (plus Bank holidays)
