About the Role

FUNKIN COCKTAILS is an award-winning cocktail brand, part of the AG Barr Group, seeking a skilled National Account Manager to lead the on-trade managed retail team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth within the managed retail channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive sales and achieve business targets.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work with customer account teams to capitalize on them.
  • Manage promotional activities and events to increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the RTM team to manage indirect listings and forecasting.
  • Seek out new business opportunities and brand-building initiatives within the account base and new on-trade retailers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the on-trade sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on identifying business opportunities and driving growth.
  • Industry experience and spirits knowledge are desirable.
