About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Project Coordinator to join our team at Live Group. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a crucial role in the planning, management, and delivery of our events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for events, ensuring successful delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including digital, technical services, and production, to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Financial Management: Manage event budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Event Execution: Oversee the execution of events, ensuring all logistical and operational aspects are managed to the highest standard.
  • Post-Event Review: Conduct thorough post-event reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance future event delivery.
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in event project management. You will have:

Exceptional Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in event management software and digital tools.Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional results.About Live Group
