Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement creative marketing and recruitment campaigns to attract potential foster carers.
  • Organize and run community events to engage with local communities and promote our foster care services.
  • Conduct initial home visits to prospective foster carers to assess their suitability.
  • Collect and analyze performance data to optimize recruitment strategies and improve outcomes for children.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to promote our foster care services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in foster care recruitment and marketing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing and event planning, with a focus on community outreach and engagement.
  • Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for improving outcomes for children and young people.
