Director of Supply Chain Management

About the Role: Pragmatic is seeking a seasoned Director of Supply Chain Excellence to drive strategic planning and execution across our manufacturing network. Reporting to the SVP Manufacturing and Operations, the successful candidate will lead the development of a robust demand forecast, aligning capacity to meet business objectives and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy, integrating production planning, inventory management, and capacity modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales, and Operations, to ensure seamless alignment and communication.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain effectiveness and efficiency.
- Drive process improvements and optimize supply chain operations to achieve world-class planning and execution practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, with a strong background in production planning, inventory management, and capacity modeling.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certifications in supply chain management, such as APICS or CSCP.
- Experience working in the semiconductor industry.
