About the Role: Pragmatic is seeking an experienced Director of Supply Chain Management to lead the development and implementation of our supply chain strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including R&D, Sales, and Operations, to ensure alignment across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a long-term demand forecast and matching capacity plan to support the achievement of company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of supply chain professionals, promoting professional development and ensuring delivery of strategic objectives.
- Lead the development and implementation of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Execution (S&OE) processes.
- Develop and execute a supply plan to meet customer shipments and business revenue targets.
- Understand and optimize constraints across the company's manufacturing network.
- Establish and monitor relevant planning KPIs, support inventory management, and work in progress to balance on-time delivery and financial metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a business leader with the ability to work on a strategic and operational level.
- Professional experience within manufacturing supply chain management, with knowledge of supply chain best practices and planning systems.
- Experience of working at senior leader level internally and with customers, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and confidence to challenge where needed to drive change and improvement.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
