Job Summary

We are seeking an engaging and proactive HR Administrator and Office Manager who can wear multiple hats and support our vibrant team culture. As the HR Administrator and Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our organisation, ensuring our office runs smoothly and effectively while taking a lead role in optimising our human resource practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Support
    • Provide expert guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding and offboarding.
  • HR Administration
    • Oversee employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
  • HR Policies and Procedures
    • Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and optimise organisational effectiveness.
  • Support to the Chief People Officer
    • Support the Chief People Officer in producing a range of HR documents and correspondence.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration
    • Support payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Office Management
    • Maintain a well-organised office space that promotes productivity and well-being.
  • IT Management
    • Responsible for administration of IT management systems, including configuration, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Compliance and Safety
    • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR administration or office management.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that foster a positive company culture.
  • Organisational skills that ensure nothing falls through the cracks, even in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software, Hibob and Gusto is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in HRIS recruitment softwares, Workable is a bonus.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks and be adaptable.
  • A passion for creating an outstanding employee experience.
  • Tech-savvy: you will be managing multiple softwares like: G Suite, Slack, and Kandji.
