Acorn by Synergie is currently on the lookout for a skilled and proactive individual to become a Team Leader within the Food Production sector. This full-time role is situated in a picturesque location in North Wales. We seek a candidate who is people-oriented, analytical, and well-organized, capable of effectively managing production schedules and shifts.
As a pivotal figure in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, our organization is dedicated to delivering superior food products that surpass customer expectations. With ongoing growth and evolution, we require a Team Leader who can adeptly guide and inspire our team to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities of the Team Leader:
* Overseeing a team of production personnel and managing their daily activities
* Crafting and executing production schedules to align with demand and deadlines
* Analyzing production metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement
* Upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards consistently
* Ensuring accurate inventory management and stock rotation
* Collaborating with various departments to facilitate seamless production workflows
* Conducting performance assessments and providing constructive feedback to team members
* Enforcing company policies and operational procedures
* Identifying training requirements and offering guidance and support to team members
* Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality in the production process

Qualifications for the Team Leader Role:
* Demonstrated experience in food production, particularly in a leadership capacity
* In-depth understanding of manufacturing protocols, including HACCP and food safety regulations
* Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret production data and make informed decisions
* Highly organized with exceptional time-management abilities to oversee production schedules
* Experience with shift management and supervising shift workers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead, motivate, and develop a team
* A hands-on approach and readiness to work alongside the production team when necessary
* Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce them
* Capacity to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
* A degree or diploma in Food Science, Manufacturing, or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory
* Flexibility and adaptability to changing production demands and schedules
