Our client, a leading food manufacturer, is seeking an exceptional Managing Director to drive the next phase of their growth and expansion in the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the business, including production, supply chain, quality control, and customer service, to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, expanding market share both domestically and internationally.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure sustainable profitability.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Managing Director or in a senior leadership role within the food manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of food manufacturing processes, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive change.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in managing P&L and driving operational efficiencies.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
