About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Manufacturing Director to join our team at Blue Spark Organisation Ltd. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the in-house manufacturing operations and driving business growth through process improvements and cost control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the manufacturing team to deliver high-quality products and meet customer expectations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and drive business growth
  • Manage the build and delivery of a new manufacturing facility, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Champion a culture of safety, best practice, and high manufacturing standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a senior leader in food manufacturing, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement
  • Experience of building and managing a new factory, with a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and processes
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Commercial acumen and a strong understanding of the food industry
