- Support the Registered Manager in ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement individual care plans, working closely with the management team and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
- Ensure the home is run in line with company policy and procedures, holding supervisory responsibilities for members of the team.
- Undertake a wide range of duties, including direct care of children with complex needs, and work flexibly to meet the needs of the children and the service.

Requirements- Relevant qualification in childcare or social work, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, staff, and other professionals.
- Ability to work on own initiative, within agreed procedures and parameters, and to prioritize and organize day-to-day workload.
- Knowledge of current legislation and policies related to childcare and vulnerable adults.
