Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled **Accounts Payable Assistant** to join our finance and systems team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts payable processes.

The Accounts Payable Department is divided into three key areas: **Suppliers**, **Subcontractors**, and **Expenses**.

This position focuses on the **Subcontract** segment, reporting directly to the Senior Accounts Payable Assistant. You will collaborate with a dedicated team responsible for processing subcontract purchase orders and managing payment applications efficiently.


Key Responsibilities
  • Process subcontractor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update records related to subcontractor payments.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies and inquiries related to accounts payable.
  • Support the Senior Accounts Payable Assistant in various tasks as needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts payable and a strong attention to detail. You should be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and possess excellent organizational skills.
