CBC Resourcing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to manage a portfolio of business relationships with key clients in the equipment finance sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of proactively growing business with existing clients and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a pipeline of business relationships with key clients in the equipment finance sector.
  • Proactively seek to grow business with existing clients and identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including credit and risk teams.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to develop and implement sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of business development and relationship management in the equipment finance sector.
  • Strong understanding of the equipment finance market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
