About the Role

CBC Resourcing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our team in the Asset Finance sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for proactively managing a pipeline of business and seeking to grow business with our vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage a pipeline of business and identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the Credit and Risk team to structure processes and procedures to facilitate business
  • Collaborate with the Payout team to ensure seamless execution of business transactions

Requirements

  • Experience in business development and relationship management in the Asset Finance sector
  • Strong understanding of financing requirements and ability to close sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role and be a self-starter
