About the Role

Ecolab, a global leader in water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions, is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead CAPEX projects at our Andover site. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of CAPEX investments, from project scope and costing to implementation and budget tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage CAPEX budgets and roadmaps to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Liaise with the corporate Engineering team to report project status and share best practices.
  • Support the team with CAPEX projects that address audit findings and CAPA.
  • Lead internal and external visits and audits of the site related to CAPEX projects.
  • Promote and sponsor Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) operational excellence.
  • Support the SC leadership team in defining the master plan and key decisions for the Andover SC team and building.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering discipline.
  • Proven experience in production, process, or industrial engineering, leading CAPEX projects.
  • Good understanding of Engineering practices and solutions to problems.
  • Knowledge of TPM principles and methodology.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and man management skills.
  • High standard of numeracy and literacy.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and be flexible with working hours.
  • Proficient with MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, EQMS, and AutoCAD.
