About the Role

Ecolab, a global leader in water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions, is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead CAPEX projects for our Andover site. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of CAPEX investments, from project scope and costing to implementation and budget tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage CAPEX budgets and 3-year roadmaps to ensure compliance with regulations such as the Health and Safety at Work Act and ISO 9001.
  • Liaise with the corporate Engineering team to report project status and share best practices.
  • Support the team with CAPEX projects that address audit findings and CAPA.
  • Lead internal and external visits and audits of the site related to CAPEX projects.
  • Support the development of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pillars for Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Preventative Maintenance (PM).
  • Drive cultural change and promote TPM operational excellence within the Engineering team.
  • Participate in the management of the Andover SC team and building, including key decisions on continuity and development.
Requirements
  • Degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • Proven experience in production, process, or industrial engineering, with a focus on CAPEX projects.
  • Good understanding of Engineering practices and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of TPM principles and methodology.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • High standard of numeracy and literacy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, EQMS, and AutoCAD.
