About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our team at Gap Personnel. As an Order Processor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing and fulfillment of orders for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the order department to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
  • Assist in processing and quoting for tenders, including preparing and submitting bids.
  • Help manage new projects, quotes, and orders, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the order processing function.
Requirements
  • Previous office experience is essential, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures.
  • Experience with window design software is beneficial, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize work effectively.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions
  • Monday to Friday, 8-hour days.
  • Competitive salary range of £27,500 - £30,000 per annum.
