We are seeking a highly organised Sales and Marketing Administrator to manage lead generation for a market-leading converter of wheelchair accessible vehicles, minibuses, and campervans.

This role is based in Newton Abbot and involves working with a range of customers, including the Motability scheme, local councils, leasing companies, schools, and private retail customers.

The successful candidate will need to be a well-organised administrator who can work confidently with IT systems, including Microsoft Office. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask are essential attributes.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming marketing-generated leads and recording them onto the internal system.
  • Monitoring the progression of leads and measuring lead conversion.
  • Qualifying hot leads by telephone prior to forwarding to the sales team.
  • Managing online vehicle stock and updating email databases.
  • Creating purchase orders and liaising with the accounts team.
  • Managing print procurement and booking accommodation for sales team members.
  • Responding to messages received via social media and Google.

This is a competitive opportunity with a basic salary plus a bonus scheme, as well as additional benefits including a Monday to Friday working week, 28 days holiday, and a company pension scheme.

A full driving licence without excess penalty points is required for this role.
