Job Title: Casino CRM Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Manager to join our team at Grosvenor Casinos Limited. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective retention, upsell, and cross-sell campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute cross-channel customer contact strategies to enhance customer experiences and drive multi-channel revenue.
  • Analyse the performance of our customer marketing activities, conducting thorough post-campaign analyses to evaluate key financial and customer behaviour indicators.
  • Maintain the quality and consistency of our CRM programs across the brand portfolio, overseeing contact volumes and frequencies to ensure effective communication with our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute complex automation flows using Adobe Campaign or other large-scale ESPs.
Requirements:
  • Demonstratable experience in interpreting data and turning it into insightful campaign executions.
  • Strong Excel skills and basic technical HTML or SQL knowledge.
  • Ability to identify and prioritise stakeholders with effective communications skills to collaborate and influence.
  • Demonstrates determination and purpose to deliver and achieve the best results for the organisation.
