We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Dovetail HRS. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a large corporate business in Central London, providing a first-class facilities service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Regional Senior Facilities Co-Ordinator in building successful relationships between stakeholders, end users, and service providers.
- Develop and implement changes to contracted services to improve quality and reflect best practice FM.
- Foster a partnership approach with service providers, promoting cooperation, close liaison, and information transparency.
- Work with service providers to pursue opportunities for mutual benefit and shared investment.
- Monitor and audit service provider quality management, performance monitoring, and management information systems.
- Experience in a facilities environment, looking to take the next step in your facilities career.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Physical fitness, as this role involves activities like event setup and clear down.
Rotating shift of 8-4, 9-5, and 10-6 Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work overtime on occasional weekends.
A good benefits package is available.
