The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supplier Manager to join our IT/OT Procurement and Supplier Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our strategic IT vendors and internal stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement effective supplier management strategies to drive business value and improve vendor performance.
  • Lead change projects and initiatives to enhance operational governance and process improvements.
  • Define and implement vendor innovation goals and monitor execution of plans.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with third-party providers of IT-related goods and services.
  • Collaborate with Procurement Business Partners to capture and understand current and future demand.
  • Develop and define sourcing strategies and ensure performance is constantly evaluated and re-assessed.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in supplier management and procurement practices.
  • Strong knowledge of IT/OT supply market trends and threats.
  • Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • High flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational, change, and project management skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in English; German language skills beneficial but not essential.
