The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT/OT Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing our IT and OT supplier relationships, ensuring that we receive the best possible value for our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our IT and OT suppliers, ensuring that their performance meets our expectations.
  • Lead change projects related to procurement and supplier management, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement operational governance structures and committees, ensuring that they are aligned with our business objectives.
  • Monitor and improve vendor performance, ensuring that they meet our service-level agreements and contracts.
  • Define and implement vendor innovation goals, ensuring that they align with our business strategy.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with third-party providers of IT and OT goods and services.
  • Collaborate with our procurement business partners to capture and understand current and future demand, ensuring that our contracts are structured to meet our business needs.
  • Collaborate with our procurement category teams to develop and define sourcing strategies, ensuring that they are aligned with our business objectives.
  • Support the development of our team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in supplier management related procurement practices.
  • Relevant IT/OT supply market knowledge, with an interest in keeping up-to-date with current trends and threats.
  • Good knowledge of relevant financial principles.
  • Positive influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • High flexibility and willingness, with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to consider new approaches and ideas.
  • High organisational, change and project management skills, with the ability to deliver to schedule and targets.
  • Excellent proficiency in English; German language skills beneficial but not essential.
