About the Role

Cedar is seeking an experienced Area Commercial Manager/Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Kent and Sussex. As a key commercial interface at regional level, you will be responsible for managing a team of up to three people and working on large-scale infrastructure projects within construction, utilities, civils, or telco.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of up to three people and work on multi-million pound projects.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers and project workstreams.
  • Undertake site visits and work from different locations across the region.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years' experience of Quantity Surveying.
  • MRICS Qualified (or CIOB).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Direct involvement in reporting internally and with external clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience of working with multiple clients/stakeholders.
  • Team management.
  • Telco experience is desirable.
