Job Title: Regional Commercial Manager

BAM Nuttall is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Commercial Manager to strengthen our existing team, delivering large civil engineering projects across Scotland.

The projects are predominantly within the energy infrastructure sector, building new substations and HVDC converter stations to support Scotland's transition to net Zero.

You will initially be based in our area of operation, working closely with our project teams to ensure the successful delivery of these projects.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced commercial professional who can provide strategic guidance and support to our project teams, ensuring that commercial risks are identified and mitigated.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial principles and practices, with experience of working in a similar role within the construction or engineering industry.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Providing commercial guidance and support to project teams
  • Identifying and mitigating commercial risks
  • Developing and managing commercial budgets and forecasts
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers and partners
