Join Our Team as a Regional Commercial Manager

BAM Nuttall is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Commercial Manager to strengthen our existing team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in delivering large civil engineering projects across Scotland.

About the Role

We are looking for a commercial professional with a strong background in quantity surveying and experience working on water projects. Your expertise will be essential in building and maintaining good working relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial aspects of large civil engineering projects across Scotland
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Prepare management reports for presentation to senior leadership
  • Address staff matters, including succession planning, recruitment, and development
  • Provide commercial input to contracts with clients and suppliers
  • Carry out sub-contract document vetting and input to sub-contract documentation
