Job Title: Front of House Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Coordinator to join our team at CIS Security. As a Front of House Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all clients, visitors, and staff receive a 5-star experience.
  • Manage the reception area, including signing in visitors, staff, and contractors, and ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, visitors, and staff, using open and appropriate body language.
  • Take responsibility for the efficient running of the reception area, including contractor enquiries and work permits.
  • Portray a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
  • Experience in high-end corporate reception, preferably with a 5-star rating.
  • SIA Licence required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
