Support Assistant for Special Education Needs
We are looking for a committed Support Assistant to provide essential assistance to students with special educational requirements.

This role is focused on delivering crucial care and support to individuals, emphasizing effective communication and educational strategies. We seek a compassionate individual with a background in toddler care and experience working with children.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver specialized support to individuals with special educational needs, particularly those on the autism spectrum.
  • Engage in effective communication with individuals to ensure their needs are addressed and to facilitate their learning.
  • Guide and assist individuals in developing vital skills and appropriate behaviors.
  • Provide toddler care services as required.
  • Work collaboratively with a team to foster a nurturing and supportive atmosphere for individuals.

Required Experience:
  • Previous experience working with children, especially those with special educational needs.
  • Understanding of special education methodologies and techniques.
  • Strong communication skills, both effective and empathetic.
  • Experience in toddler care is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of child development principles.
