Job Title: Interim Head of Insights and Analytics

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of Insights and Analytics to join our team on a maternity cover basis. As a key member of our Insight & Analytics Team, you will be responsible for delivering consumer insight and analytics studies, and providing strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Insight & Analytics Team in delivering consumer insight and analytics studies
  • Develop and implement strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with Insight Managers and Insight Executives to deliver consumer insight and analytics studies
  • Oversee the project cycle, including briefing new research projects, project managing new and existing studies, and reporting findings to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head of Insights or Research Director in an agency or insights consultancy
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Strategic and hands-on approach to delivering consumer insight and analytics studies
  • Ability to communicate complex insights to a range of audiences
