Payroll Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Administrator to manage our in-house payroll. Key responsibilities include ensuring all payrolls are completed accurately and within the monthly deadline, submitting Teacher Pension reports on time, and maintaining efficient processes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for answering queries from schools and third-party providers in a timely manner, building strong relationships with team members and internal departments, and supervising a team. Required experience includes at least one year in payroll, with knowledge of SMPs, SSPs, and EPS. A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team is essential. Desirable qualifications include LGPS, Teachers Pension, and Excel skills.
