About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, while also identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through innovative marketing and networking techniques.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services offered by our company, and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the capital equipment or plant machinery industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as a sales certification or a certification in a specific industry.
