The Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Team

Our newly formed DDaT team is at the forefront of technological advancements within Staffordshire Police. We are responsible for transforming and supporting all aspects of our digital technology infrastructure, ensuring that we have the tools and resources necessary to effectively serve our communities.

The Role: IT Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential technical support to our staff members, resolving issues promptly and efficiently. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing first-line technical support to users across various platforms and applications.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Documenting incidents and resolutions, ensuring accurate record-keeping for future reference.
  • Collaborating with other team members to share knowledge and expertise.
