Job Title: Program Analyst III

Job Summary: The Gemini 3 Group is seeking a full-time Program Analyst III to support a valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide program analysis, procurement, cost estimates, budgeting, and data gathering.
  2. Perform analyses of data, and contribute to the evaluation, analysis, and development of recommended solutions.
  3. Follow reporting systems including systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and system evaluation methodology.
  4. Develop, implement, and maintain program documentation and technical reports, conduct assessments, and communicate results.
  5. Monitor program progress and customer expectations.
  6. Provide periodic status reports as needed.
  7. Facilitate efficient communication and program support between the client and external agencies.
  8. Prepare program correspondence as needed.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Must be detail oriented and highly organized, able to manage priorities to meet deadlines.
  2. Effective proofing and quality assurance capabilities to include excellent spelling and grammar and familiarity with military correspondence and competency-specific document formats/templates.
  3. Ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing.
  4. Ability to produce documents with minimal errors.
  5. Excellent capability with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  6. Able to work within multi-functional teams.

Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, English, or related field. Relevant military experience acceptable in lieu of education.
  2. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Program Analyst.
