The Role

As a PMO Analyst, you'll dive headfirst into a variety of projects, honing your skills throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution. Your contributions will directly impact projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role is hands-on and multifaceted, involving the planning, organizing, coordinating, and supporting of project activities to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee project activities, ensuring they align with established PMO processes and standards.
  2. Maintain high delivery standards and ensure clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project.
  3. Identify and resolve risks and issues promptly to keep projects on track and within scope.
  4. Actively participate in key meetings, including Project Reviews and Change Advisory Boards, providing valuable insights and updates.
  5. Help coordinate project tasks and activities, managing any necessary escalations efficiently.
  6. Enhance and innovate PMO processes, ensuring strict adherence to IT Governance Controls and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
