Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of hard and soft FM services to a cluster of clients in the Guildford area. The successful candidate will foster strong relationships with contract managers and ensure service level agreements are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage delivery of hard and soft FM services, including cleaning, security, mailroom, grounds, and M&E maintenance.
  • Foster strong relationships with contract managers and ensure service level agreements are met and exceeded.
  • Ensure client properties are compliant with HSE legislation.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and subcontractors through exceptional communication skills.
  • Manage commercial FM contract experience and ensure effective contract management.
