An exciting opportunity has arisen to be a specialist within our Custody Asset Transfers team as an Asset Transfer Associate. The role sits within our wider Client Accounting department where teams support the vital work of ensuring all money and assets held by Transact for clients are recorded accurately.
About the RoleThe Client Money and Asset teams are dedicated to doing the right thing for all stakeholders, and you can be a part of this mission. The Transfer's team is responsible for confirming that client money and asset transfers are completed, registered and updated on the Clients' portfolio within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Updating asset transfers accurately on client portfolios, and on the same day as receipt of asset transfer confirmation.
- Working through large quantities of complex data accurately.
- Providing excellent phone manner and building great relationships with clients and colleagues.
