About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our Quality Assurance Team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process learner registrations and certifications on our management system (Quartz).
  • Provide administrative support to the Quality Assurance Team as needed.
  • Respond to email enquiries and assist with other administrative tasks.
  • Respond to and action enquiries from members, learners, and other customers via phone and email.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office software, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience with iMIS and Quartz is a plus, but training will be provided.
  • Be a flexible team player who is eager to learn and take on additional tasks.
