Marketing Executive

Hales Group Limited is seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to drive business growth through effective email marketing strategies and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to retain customers, nurture leads, and promote products.
  • Create compelling and personalized email content using templates, copywriting, and asset coordination.
  • Segment email lists based on customer data, behavior, and preferences to deliver targeted messaging.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content plans and write engaging copy in line with the brand's tone of voice guidelines.
  • Optimize email templates for maximum impact and deliverability.
  • Oversee and improve the customer journey.
  • Monitor email performance metrics and revenue generated, using insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, industry trends, and regulations.
  • Manage events and exhibitions, and coordinate key catalogue and brochure production.

Requirements:

  • Excellent writing and copywriting skills.
