Job Description

Job Title: Head of Business Analysis

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our New Business Office, AI, and Digital Assets Framework, Regulatory and Audit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of risk management frameworks, managing audit and regulatory remediation projects, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate non-financial risks
  • Manage audit and regulatory remediation projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and implement new or augmented framework design and implementation
  • Run all engagement with regulators and audit across the New Business Office, AI, and Digital Assets
  • Manage all elements relating to the New Business Office and Non-Vanilla Transactions framework design, maintenance, and monitoring

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in a similar role within Financial Services
  • Extensive experience building and implementing frameworks
  • Knowledge and understanding of AI and Digital Assets as emerging risk topics
  • Extensive experience dealing with Auditors and Regulators
  • A proven track record of developing and communicating a sound strategy
