Job Summary:

Ultimate Asset is seeking a highly experienced Digital Account Director to lead our client relationships and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Tier 1 clients, developing and executing strategic plans to meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client relationships and develop strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Manage a small team of account managers and provide guidance and support to ensure successful client delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop pitches to win new clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure Ultimate Asset remains at the forefront of digital media

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Account Director or Senior Account Manager in a digital media agency
  • Strong understanding of digital media channels, including display, social, programmatic, and DOOH
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to manage and motivate a small team to deliver high-quality results
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex plans
