About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Planner and Co-ordinator to join our Property Services Team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd.

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate property-related major works within Section 20 legislation, ensuring successful project delivery within budget and timescales.
  • Procure and manage professional working relationships with external contractors and suppliers, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, homeowners, RTM Directors, Landlords, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as a key point of contact between internal departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and information exchange.
  • Manage project finances, understanding contingency funds and prioritizing programs of works to optimize resource allocation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolving conflicts to ensure successful project completion.
  • Produce written reports detailing project progress, informing senior management and stakeholders.
  • Administer and coordinate Permissions/Alterations requests, working with in-house Building Surveyors as required.
  • Attend project meetings to update stakeholders on progress and escalate risks for resolution.
About You

We are looking for a self-assured, organized, and methodical individual with a good understanding of Section 20 legislation and experience in property-related remedial works and projects.

As a Property Planner and Co-ordinator, you will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations at all levels, including Board level.

You will be proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel, and have a strong attention to detail.
