About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Planner and Co-ordinator to join our Property Services Team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating property-related major works within Section 20 legislation, and supporting with asset management administration across a portfolio of retirement developments in the UK.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify key stages of each project and coordinate the programme of works, adopting sound project management principles.
  • Procure and manage professional working relationships with external works contractors and suppliers.
  • Maintain professional contact and communication through various project stages with stakeholders, including Homeowners, RTM Directors, Landlords, and internal departments.
  • Act as a key point of contact between internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure sound financial management of the project by understanding contingency funds and prioritizing programmes of works to ensure funds are used appropriately.
  • Highlight risks to the Property Services team and stakeholders, resolving conflicts to ensure successful completion of each project.
  • Produce written reports using Microsoft Office, detailing progress to inform senior management and stakeholders.
  • Administer and coordinate Permissions / Alterations requests, working with in-house Building Surveyors where required.
  • Attend project meetings on behalf of Property Services as required, to update stakeholders on progress and escalate any risks that may need resolving.
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and methodical individual with a good understanding of Section 20 legislation, coupled with experience in property-related remedial works and projects.

The ideal candidate will have a self-assured and professional style, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrate resilience to challenges.

They will have an exceptional ability to communicate at all levels, with excellent written and spoken English, and be proficient in using MS Office applications to at least intermediate level, especially MS Excel.
