Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Marketing Co-ordinator to join our Group Marketing team at Head Office in Ringwood to cover maternity leave. This is a fixed-term contract for up to 12 months, providing an exciting opportunity to be involved in a variety of activities in support of our sales teams and promoting a retirement lifestyle for Homeowners.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to regional sales teams regarding lifestyle events, producing and updating event guidelines and literature.
- Utilize our internal CRM system, COINS, to update, record, and analyze customer data, including new sales performance.
- Record and monitor data for auditing purposes, feeding into monthly reporting and sharing insights with your team and stakeholders.
- Assist with ad-hoc internal and external marketing events, such as our 21st Birthday party, charity events, and market research.
- Support the wider Marketing team with content creation, distribution of our Colleague newsletter and magazine, and provide support with other internal communications projects.
We are looking for a self-motivated, confident communicator who is able to adapt their style and approach, while staying focused and authentic. Your positivity will help to cement internal stakeholder relationships, and your organized, methodical approach to your workload will ensure that deadlines are met.
You will have previous experience of MS Office to a high standard and experience of using CRMs or similar database systems is advantageous.
