About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Marketing Coordinator to join our Group Marketing team at Head Office in Ringwood. This is a fixed-term contract for up to 12 months, covering maternity leave.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to regional sales teams, producing and updating event guidelines and literature, and using our internal CRM system to update, record, and analyze customer data.

You will also be assisting with ad-hoc internal and external marketing events, such as our 21st Birthday party, charity events, and market research. Additionally, you will support the wider Marketing team with content creation, distribution of our Colleague newsletter and magazine, and provide support with other internal communications projects.

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated, confident communicator who is able to adapt their style and approach, while staying focused and authentic. You will have a passion for marketing, an eye for detail, and creative flair, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience of MS Office to a high standard and experience of using CRMs or similar database systems is advantageous. You will be organized, methodical, and able to meet deadlines.
