We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our Property Services department, you will be responsible for conducting on-site external and internal property surveys to provide accurate and reliable stock condition data.
This data will be instrumental in ensuring our company remains compliant with legislation and regulations, and enables our customers to benefit from the best quality retirement accommodation.
You will report directly to the Head of Property Services and work closely with our Owners, Lodge Managers, Property Co-Ordinator, and Area Managers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
About YouWe are looking for someone with previous experience in the construction or property management industry, with excellent knowledge of Health & Safety, Building Regulations, Fire Safety, and Asbestos Awareness.
Ideally, you will be educated to HNC or degree level in a related construction or property subject, or professionally qualified or working towards qualifications such as RICS, CIOB, or ABE.
You will have strong communication skills, be comfortable communicating with contractors, customers, and internal stakeholders, and possess excellent IT skills and attention to detail.
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality results.
