Key Responsibilities of the Housekeeping Supervisor:

In the role of Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the cleaning and maintenance of assigned rooms according to established company standards, taking overall responsibility for the housekeeping department. You will lead the team in the absence of the housekeeping manager, ensuring seamless operations for our residents and guests. Additionally, you will assist with inventory management and conduct inspections of cleaned rooms/apartments to guarantee compliance with property standards. A thorough understanding of the facilities available to guests is essential. Collaborating with the management team, you will help cultivate a positive work environment for all staff members.

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in a similar position, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and time management capabilities. You should be an enthusiastic individual with a strong commitment to customer service, thriving in a collaborative team environment dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
