As a Guest Services Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to all guests. You will be the first point of contact, providing a warm welcome and ensuring the safety and security of the premises while addressing all guest needs.

In this role, you will:
Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and a welcoming smile. Facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out process. Provide accurate information about the local area and hotel amenities. Handle phone inquiries and email correspondence. Foster a positive atmosphere to enhance guest loyalty.As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, which are crucial for maintaining consistent service standards. This role is vital to the hotel's operations and the overall guest experience. You will enjoy engaging with guests, assisting them with their needs, and efficiently resolving inquiries, all while showcasing your vibrant personality.
On your first day, you will embark on a structured 12-week training program designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to excel as a Guest Services Coordinator. We are looking for individuals who:
