Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office and food and beverage operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop a deep understanding of hotel room categories, rates, packages, and promotions to effectively upsell and promote hotel services.
  • Utilize IT systems to manage guest information, room assignments, and other critical tasks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and loyalty.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
