As a Guest Services Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to all guests. You will warmly welcome guests at the reception, ensuring a safe and secure environment while addressing all guest needs.

Within the dedicated Guest Services department, your role will include:
- Greeting guests with a friendly demeanor and a welcoming smile.
- Ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for guests.
- Providing accurate information about the local area and hotel amenities.
- Handling phone calls and emails professionally.
- Creating a vibrant atmosphere that fosters guest loyalty.
To excel as a Guest Services Coordinator, you will need excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure consistent service standards. This role is crucial to the hotel's operations and the overall guest experience. You will enjoy engaging with guests, assisting them with their inquiries, and managing multiple tasks efficiently, all while maintaining a positive and approachable attitude.
On your first day, you will embark on a structured 12-week training program designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive as a Guest Services Coordinator. We seek individuals who:
