About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager to join our team at Pinsent Masons. As a Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our legal services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Line manage a team of paralegals focused on delivering work to both lawyers and external clients, including day-to-day supervision, training, and development, and management of direct reports.
  • Service Delivery: Supervise the delivery of legal services to end users, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
  • Engagement Support: Provide support on engagements as required, including resource planning, quality assurance, output/efficiency reviews, and progress reporting.
  • Delivery Model Development: Continuously develop and improve delivery models to ensure best-in-class service delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop effective working relationships across relevant practice groups and sectors.
  • Resource Management: Work with Resource Management to effectively manage the allocation of work, monitor, and manage capacity and workload levels.
Requirements
  • Experience: Ideally, you will have experience working on corporate-related matter types, alternative legal services, and managing high-performing teams of legal professionals.
  • Skills: You will have significant experience of managing the delivery of legal services in a high-volume, multi-location environment, influencing stakeholders, and working with performance metrics.
