About the Role

We are seeking a senior associate with 5+ years PQE to join our highly respected Corporate team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in transaction delivery, client relationship development, and team expansion, providing clear career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle transaction documents and manage and coordinate transactions.
  • Provide post-closing client support and contribute to business growth through client engagement and development.
  • Supervise and train junior team members and lead key workstreams on mandates.
  • Participate in business development activities and contribute to the growth of our Corporate team.

Requirements

  • Senior associate with 5+ years PQE and a desire to develop a career at a Managing Associate level in an award-winning practice.
  • Team-oriented, motivated, and ambitious for growth, with a passion for challenging work and delivering top-quality results.
  • Commercial acumen and enthusiasm for new ideas and growth, with detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in client relationship building.
